How this breaks down
Site preparation
Grading, soil amendment and drainage correction come first. Most landscapes that fail within a year fail here, because planting went into compacted, poorly drained soil.
Irrigation installation
Drip, sprinkler or a combination, laid out for the actual plant palette and zoned so lawns, beds and trees can be watered on their own schedules.
Planting and hardscape
Trees, shrubs, lawns and groundcover planted at the right stage of the build, alongside paving, edging and any structural landscape elements in the design.
Lighting and handover
Landscape lighting installed with the planting, followed by a walk-through of the finished site and the care routine it needs from day one.

Why does sequencing matter on a live construction site?
Landscape work depends on civil, plumbing and electrical work being finished in the right areas. Planting too early means damaged plants and rework, and planting too late holds up handover. We coordinate the order of work with your project team so each zone is ready when we reach it.
Do you handle design and execution together?
Yes. The same team can take a site from design consultation through to the finished landscape, which gives you one point of accountability. If you already have a design, tell us in your enquiry and we will discuss the scope.
Can execution include ongoing maintenance?
