Ponytail Palm

Beaucarnea recurvata

A sculptural bulb-based trunk with cascading leaves.

Not a true palm — its swollen trunk base stores water, so it tolerates being forgotten between waterings, while the curling leaf crown gives it a distinctive, sculptural look.
